CPAP Tracker by Open Label

The record your machine keeps, in your pocket.

Most machines show you last night’s numbers for about four seconds before the screen goes back to sleep. CPAP Tracker records what your machine displays, keeps it in order, and counts down every part you’re supposed to replace.

Free at launch. No account. Nothing to cancel.

What it does

Six things, done properly.

Scan capture

Point the camera at your machine’s display and the numbers on screen are read and filed under last night. No cables, no memory card, no typing figures into a notebook.

Trends over time

Every entry lines up on one chart — hours used, the pressure your machine reported, the seal figure it displayed. Weeks and months, side by side, in numbers you can actually read.

Supply schedule with per‑part countdowns

Each consumable part gets its own countdown, built from manufacturer replacement guidance. Mark a part replaced and its clock resets. Nothing nags you early to sell you something.

Large‑type interface

Designed to be read at arm’s length at 6 a.m. Big figures, high contrast, generous tap targets, and full support for the text size you already set on your iPhone.

Offline‑first

The app works with the phone in airplane mode, in a hotel, in a cabin, on a plane. There is no server to be down, because there is no server.

Nothing to sign up for

No account, no password, no email address. Export your log as a file when you want to bring it to an appointment, or delete everything in two taps.

Privacy by architecture

There is no cloud, so there is nothing to leak.

CPAP Tracker stores your log in the app’s own storage on your iPhone. It does not create an account, does not transmit your entries to Open Label, and does not sell or share data with anyone — because it never has it. Delete the app and the record goes with it. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Screens

What you’ll see.

Placeholder layouts, framed at iPhone 15 Pro proportions. Final screenshots go here before submission.

Questions

The four we get asked most.

Which machines does it work with?

The common home machines with a readable display. If your machine shows last night’s numbers on its own screen, the app is built to read that screen. We don’t make compatibility promises for any particular make or model, and we’re not affiliated with any manufacturer — the beta exists partly so we can keep widening what the scanner handles.

Privacy

Is my health data private?

It’s stored on your device, it’s deletable, and there’s no account. Entries stay in the app’s storage on your iPhone; we never receive them and cannot read them. Delete individual nights, wipe the whole log, or remove the app — in each case the data is gone, with no copy left behind on our side.

Is this a medical device?

No — it’s a logbook and reminder tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace your care team or your machine’s own reports. It records what your machine displays so you have the history in one place. Decisions about your therapy belong with you and your clinician.

How much does it cost?

Free at launch. No subscription, no trial that turns into one, no advertising, and no data sold to fund it. If a paid feature ever appears, it will be an addition you choose — the logbook stays free.
